    Advances on the Toxicity of Bisphenol A on Male Reproduction

    • Bisphenol A(BPA)is a class of endocrine-disrupting pollutants with estrogen-like effects that widely existed in the environment, and its male reproductive toxicity is arousing more and more concerns. Studies indicated that exposing to BPA could cause adverse effects on different types of cells in testis. The advance of researches on the toxicity of BPA on male reproduction was reviewed in this article. It suggested that deeper studies should focus on investigating the male reproductive epidemiology and providing preventive strategies for people at risk, and further exploring the mechanism of its testicular toxicity.
