    An Overview on Determination of Metals in Food

    • Events of food contaminated by metals have occurred frequently in recent years, which have threatened our life and health seriously. The method of detecting metals in food was reviewed in this paper on the aspects of sample preparation, testing methods and the control of blank value in the experiment, in order to provide some references for the safe production of foods in the future.
