Progress on Fluoride, Arsenic and their Modification Effect to Intelligence and Functions of Learning and Memory

Because of the global imbalanced distributions on chemical elements, environmental pollutions caused by industrializations, there are many places where fluoride, arsenic, and both of the two elements are present at high concentrations in China. The adverse health effects of fluoride, arsenic and their modification on the children's intelligence, learning and memory function have been paid close attentions. In this article, the progress of researches on the children's intelligence, learning and memory function induced by fluoride, arsenic and their modification effects was reviewed.
