    • As a new type of persistent organic environment pollutants, effect of Perfluoroalkylated compounds(PFCs) in the global ecological system has been paid attention seriously by various research fields. Perfluorooctane sulfnoate(PFOS) and Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) are the most typical of the PFCs. An review of recent research on neurotoxicity mechanism of PFOS and PFOA was conducted in this paper.
