Comparison of risk management measures for adverse reactions of hair dyes in China and other countries

    • Hair dyes have become widely used products in daily life. Due to their special mechanism of action, they carry higher risks than ordinary cosmetics. Based on an analysis of the common types, characteristics and causes of adverse reactions associated with hair dyes, this paper compares the risk management measures for such cosmetics in China, the European Union, the United States, and Japan, and proposes recommendations for improving the risk management of adverse reactions related to hair dyes in China.
