Abstract
The VigiGrade completeness score developed by the Uppsala Monitoring Centre(UMC) is a measure applied to assess for the quality of individual case reports, in which the information dimensions are weighted by their relative importance for causality assessment. The higher the VigiGrade completeness score, the higher the quality of individual case reports. This paper introduces the principles and evaluation result of the VigiGrade completeness score, and provides suggestions for further improvement and perfection of the quality assessment of individual case reports on cosmetic adverse reactions in China.
