Hygiene management of large centralized isolation places during epidemics of infectious diseases

    • The emergence of large-scale centralized isolation sites is an important measure for China to cut off the transmission routes and control potential sources of infection under the special circumstances of the implementation of coronavirus disease 2019 against Class-A infectious diseases in China. Based on the characteristics and operation management mode of large centralized isolation sites, this paper reviews and sorts out risk points involved in personnel allocation and responsibilities, management system, material support, food safety assurance before putting into operation, ventilation and air conditioning, sewage and garbage disposal, biological vector control, elevator use and fire safety, and emergency response during operation. Suggestions were also provided on targeted health management requirements and measures.
