Abstract
Environmental endocrine disruptors (EEDs) are widely distributed and seriously threaten human health. In the past few decades, a large number of compounds have been discovered and synthesized, but the endocrine-disrupting effects of many compounds on the reproductive system are still unclear. How to quickly screen and identify EEDs and assess their reproductive toxicity is an issue that needs to be focused on. This article briefly reviews the detection methods of the reproductive toxicity of EEDs as well as their advantages and limitations, so as to provide a reference for the selection of methods in relevant research.
