    Protective measures in bars and other crowded places during the COVID-19 pandemic

    • At present, bars and other crowded places have become the key places with a high risk of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak due to the characteristics of confined space, high crowd density, and large personnel mobility. Based on the route of transmission of COVID-19 and the characteristics of venues, this article analyzes and discusses the main risk points and weak links in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in bars and proposes the measures and strategies for epidemic prevention and control from the perspectives of government supervision and guidance, technical guidance from industry associations, prevention and control measures for key links, and personnel management and protection.
