Research advances on analytical methods of phenolic endocrine disruptors

    • Bisphenol A, nonylphenol, and octylphenol are the most common phenolic endocrine disruptors. Their residues in food and water have attracted people's attention. They can be migrated into food through food contact materials, and be absorbed by human body which will harm human health. This article reviews the analytical method of bisphenol A, nonylphenol, octylphenol, and other phenolic endocrine disruptors in food, water, food contact materials, and human bodies, including liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and biological detection method, and summarizes and prospects these analytical methods of phenolic endocrine disruptors.
