Research advances in the mechanism of respiratory injury induced by PM2.5

    • As an important air pollutant, fine particulate matter(PM2.5) can cause respiratory injury by inducing inflammatory response and oxidative stress. This article reviews the effects of PM2.5 on chronic respiratory diseases and the mechanisms of respiratory injury caused by PM2.5, and puts forward intervention suggestions to protect these injuries, hoping to provide reference for related research on the health effects of PM2.5 and health protection in the future.
