    • After 30 years of unremitting efforts, great progress has been made in cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring (CARM) in China. This article reviews the progress in CARM in China from the aspects of laws and regulations, organizational system, talent team, risk-related findings, and publicity. Meanwhile, some prospects have been put forward in the CARM in China.
