A Comparison of the Sanitary Standards for Hotel Industry at Home and Abroad

This article reviews the sanitary standards and regulations for hotel industry in major international organizations and countries, and compares and analyzes the types of these sanitary standards, the setting of indicators in standards, and the characteristics of their applications. Then the standard plans are put forward to solve the sanitary problems in key public places for the hotel industry in China, and some suggestions are advanced to strengthen the research on sanitary standards for the hotel industry.
