Abstract
This guideline is for the health improvement and health protection in supermarkets that are normally operated during the outbreak of COVID-19. It puts forward comprehensive health risk protection suggestions and countermeasures in two aspects:local environmental quality improvement and individual exposure reduction. The main contents of it include supermarket operation management, environmental sanitation requirements, strengthening cleaning and disinfection, as well as personal health protection.
