The guideline stimulates the operation and management requirements for air conditioning and ventilation systems in offices and public places during the outbreak of COVID-19. The application of this guideline will standardizing the management of the offices and public places with all air conditioning systems or fan-coil plus fresh air systems, reducing the risk of COVID-19 and entering the air conditioning along with ventilation system through the return air duct, and reducing the cluster of COVID-19 outbreak.
