Metabolic Response in Human Body to Air Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons and their Effects on Inhalant Allergic Diseases

    • Environmental factors are main factors influencing the internal balance in human body, especially in allergic diseases, which are most sensitive to external environment. Environmental factors affect human body with a diversity of ways, and the way of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is interfering with the balance of oxidation/antioxidation, producing more oxidative stress injuries in the body and leading to deterioration of symptoms. From the point of view of oxidative stress, the research on exploring the type and extent of air polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on human diseases, and using environmental intervention to prevent the exacerbation of some diseases caused by environmental factors would have important guiding significance.
