Research Progress on Lung Cancer Caused by Arsenic

    • In recent years, many studies have shown that arsenic and its metabolites could induce lung cancer. Epidemiological investigation, cytological experiment, animal test, oxidative stress reaction, chromosome aberration, DNA damage, abnormal methylation and the cell signaling pathways of arsenic to lung cancer were reviewed to highlight the present level of knowledge on the role of arsenic and its metabolites in the development of lung cancer.
