Abstract
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of acrylamide, microcystins(LR), atrazine, dimethoate, bentazone, carbofuran and 2, 4-D in drinking water. Methods Water samples were filtered by 0.20 μm filter membrane, and the level of 7 unconventional items in drinking was determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) after the best condition for chromatography and mass spectrometry being established. Results The determination of these unconventional items could be finished in 4 minutes. All detection limits were in the range of 0.0001~0.0003 mg/L, and recovery rates were in the range of 81.0%~102.3%. Conclusions The method was rapid, sensitive, low in cost of detection, and could provide technical basis for the determination of unconventional items in drinking water.
