    Determination of Six Organophosphorus Pesticides in Water by Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

      目的 建立水中6种有机磷农药的检测方法。
      方法 利用全自动固相萃取前处理技术,液相色谱串联质谱的方法,选择最佳的仪器条件,同时测定水中6种有机磷农药。
      结果 6种有机磷农药类线性关系较好,相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限在0.16 ~ 63.8 ng/L之间,回收率在84% ~ 117%之间,相对标准偏差小于14%。
      结论 本实验所建立的方法灵敏度好,选择性好,准确度高。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To develop a method of determining 6 organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) simultaneously in water.
      Methods The water samples were extracted by automatic solid phase extraction and analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS).
      Results The linear correlation coefficients of 6 OPs were greater than 0.999. The detection limits were in the range of 0.16 ng/L ~ 63.8 ng/L. The recoveries of standard addition were 84% ~ 117%, and the RSDs were less than 14%.
      Conclusions The method was quick, sensitive and specific.
