    Determination of Trace Formaldehyde in Food Packaging Materials by DNPH Pre-column Derivation-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定食品包装材料中微量甲醛的方法。
      方法 样品浸泡液经DNPH于60℃的水浴中衍生20 min, 用环己烷提取, 液相色谱仪测定。
      结果 甲醛在0~8.00 μg/mL浓度范围内, 标准曲线线性关系良好, 相关系数r=0.9998, 相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.6%, 加标回收率为91.0%~101.5%。
      结论 本方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、精密度和准确度好、简便、快捷等优点。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To explore the method of DNPH pre-column derivation-high performance liquid chromatography determination of trace formaldehyde in food packaging materials.
      Methods After immersed into 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine, the sample was derived 20 min in 60℃ water bath. Trace formaldehyde in food packaging material was determined by liquid chromatography after cyclohexane extraction.
      Results The linearity of formaldehyde is in the range of 0~8 μg/mL, correlation coefficient is 0.9998, the relative standard deviation is 0.9%~2.6%, while the recovery rate is 91.0%~101.5%.
      Conclusions This method is highly sensitive, selective, preciseand accurate, simple and quick which is suitable for determination of formaldehyde in food packaging materials.
