    An Overview on Determination of Metals in Food

    • 摘要: 近年来, 食品金属污染事件时有发生, 严重威胁人们的生命安全。本文就食品中金属检测的样品前处理技术、检测方法以及实验空白值的控制进行综述, 以期为食品安全问题提供借鉴与参考。

       

      Abstract: Events of food contaminated by metals have occurred frequently in recent years, which have threatened our life and health seriously. The method of detecting metals in food was reviewed in this paper on the aspects of sample preparation, testing methods and the control of blank value in the experiment, in order to provide some references for the safe production of foods in the future.
