    Hygienic Pre-evaluation on New Comprehensive Building of a Hospital

    • 摘要:
      目的 对某医院新住院综合楼初步设计进行卫生学预评价, 预测建成后可能存在的卫生学问题, 提出相应的措施和建议, 为行政审批提供依据。
      方法 采用设计资料综合评价法和检查表法进行评价。
      结果 工程选址、各场所室内环境质量、集中空调通风系统和二次供水系统的设计符合相应的规范与标准的要求; 消毒卫生布局合理, 人流物流洁污分明。但是仍有很多环境质量参数尚未设计, 病理室与输血科局部存在一定交叉污染风险。
      结论 综合楼的设计对健康危害因素采取了一定的防护措施, 如果工程能切实落实评价中提出的建议, 本项目卫生质量预计能符合有关的卫生学要求。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To evaluate and predict the hazards related to the preliminary design for the new comprehensive building of a hospital, to predict the hygienic problems after the building being completed, then to propose useful suggestions and relevant measures, and to provide the basis for the administrative examination and approval of this project.
      Methods Using a comprehensive evaluation method for the designed data and evaluating with checklists.
      Results The design of selecting location, the quality of indoor environment, the ventilation of centralized air conditioning system and the secondary water supply system met the requirements and standards; the distribution of hygienic disinfection system was reasonable, and the shunt of dirty or clean on people or goods was distinct, but many environmental quality parameters have not been designed yet.There were some risk of cross contamination between the pathological department and the blood transfusion department.
      Conclusions Some protective measures have been taken for reducing health hazard factors in the design of this project.It is predicted that this project will meet the hygienic requirements as long as the recommendations proposed in the evaluation ccould be effectively implemented.
