    Investigation and Analysis on the Health Status of Swimming Pools in Ningxia in 2009-2011

    • 摘要:
      目的 调查宁夏自治区游泳场所卫生状况, 分析影响因素, 找出监管薄弱环节, 为采取有针对性的措施提供科学依据。
      方法 对宁夏2009-2011年所有游泳场所经营单位卫生管理状况进行现场监督检查, 填写检查表; 随机采集游泳池水水样, 检测细菌总数、大肠菌群、尿素、浑浊度、余氯; 浸脚池水水样, 检测余氯。
      结果 2009-2011年共监督检查64家游泳场所, 卫生管理合格单位33家, 总合格率51.6%;水质监测合格单位26家, 总合格率40.6%;236份水样中, 游泳池水水样183份, 监测指标中, 3 a总合格率最高为浑浊度100.0%, 最低为泳池水余氯70.0%。浸脚池水样53份, 合格36份, 3 a总合格率为67.9%, 各年间监测指标单位合格率分别为27.8%、41.7%和50.0%。
      结论 2009-2011年宁夏游泳场所卫生管理和水质状况不容乐观, 尚存在部分问题, 必须加强监督管理。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To investigate the health status of swimming pools in Ningxia, by analyzing the influential factors, and searching for the weakness of supervision and management, in order to provide scientific bases for taking targeted measures.
      Methods Supervising and inspecting the status of health management of all swimming places in Ningxia in 2009-2011. Water samples from swimming pools and foot-leaching pools were collected by random. Total bacterial count, coli group, carbamide, turbidity and residual chlorine were tested.
      Results A total of 236 water samples were collected from 64 swimming places in 2009-2011, including 183 water samples from swimming pools and 53 water samples from foot-leaching pools. The health management of 33 swimming places was qualified with a total qualified rate of 51.6% and the quality of water was acceptable in 26 swimming places with a total qualified rate of 40.6%. The qualified rate of turbidity was 100% and the qualified rate of residual chlorine was 69.95%. The qualified rate of water samples from 53 foot-leaching pools was 67.92% in these three years. The qualified rate of test criteria of all swimming places in these three years was 27.8%, 41.7% and 50.0%, respectively.
      Conclusions The health management and water quality of swimming places in 2009-2011 were not optimistic in Ningxia. Some problems were still remained, and supervision and management must be strengthened
