    Determination of Sulfur Sodium Hydride in the Air of Workplace by Fading Spectrophotometry Reacted with Potassium Permanganate

    • 摘要: 目的建立高锰酸钾褪色分光光度法测定工作场所空气中硫氢化钠方法。方法空气中硫氢化钠用微孔滤膜采集后,加10mL纯水振荡洗脱,取5mL洗脱液,加1.2mmol/L酸性高锰酸钾溶液5mL,溶液褪色,根据褪色程度与标准系列比较定量。结果方法检测限为9.5μg/m3,线性范围为0~90μg,r=-0.9995,RSD=0.23%~1.93%,加标回收率范围99.2%~100.7%。结论方法操作简便,准确、灵敏、干扰少,能够满足工作场所空气中硫氢化钠的检测要求。

       

      Abstract: Objectives To establish a fading spectrophotometry by using potassium permanganate to react with sulfur sodium hydride in the air of workplace. Methods The sodium hydrosulfide in the air was collected with micropore filter membrane, after elution and oscillation with 10 mL water, 5mL of eluent was added to 5mL of 1.2mmol/L acidic potassium permanganate, the degree of fading was compared with standard series. Results The detection limit of the method was 9.5μg/m3, the linearity was in the range of 0~90μg, r =-0.9995, RSD=0.23%~1.93%, the recovery was in the range of 99.2%~100.7%. Conclusions The method was simple, accurate and sensitive and less in interference, which could meet the requirements for testing sodium hydrosulfide in the air of workplace.
