    Detecting Neodymium and its Compounds in the Air of Workshops by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass

    • 摘要:
      目的 检测稀土企业电解车间空气中氧化钕浓度。
      方法 采用硝酸消化滤膜, 电感耦合等离子质谱法测定车间空气中氧化钕浓度。
      结果 在0~50 ng/mL范围内直线回归相关系数为0.9998, 检测下限为0.0243 ng/mL, 最低检出浓度为0.0081 μg/m3(以采集75 L空气样品计), 相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.3%, 加标回收率为99%~104%。
      结论 该法检出限低、灵敏、稳定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To detect the concentrations of neodymium oxide in the air of electrolysis workshops of the rare earth enterprises.
      Methods By means of the membrane digested by nitric acid, the concentration of neodymium and its compounds in the workshopwas were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
      Results In the range of 0~50 ng/mL, the liner regression correlation coefficient was 0.9998, detection limit was 0.0019 μg/mL, the relative standard deviation was 2.1%~3.3% and the recovery was 99%~104%.
      Conclusion The method is sensitive and stable, and has low detected limit.
