Adverse Effect of Cadmium Exposure on Reproductive System, a Review

摘要: 镉是一种具有高毒性的重金属元素, 环境中镉暴露引起的人体健康损害已成为研究人员关注的问题之一。本文主要从镉的来源、暴露途径、对人体生殖系统的影响及其作用机制等方面进行综述, 并对镉暴露未来的研究方向提出一些建议。

Abstract: Cadmium (Cd) is one of heavy metals with high toxicity. The adverse effects of cadmium exposure have become one of the most concerned issues. The sources and pathways of cadmium exposure, its impacts on human reproduction system and possible mechanisms of cadmium in environmental exposure were reviewed, and some suggestions for the research in the future were also discussed.
