    Determination of Acrylamide in Water by Gas Chromatography with Capillary Column

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立水中丙烯酰胺测定的新方法。
      方法 水中丙烯酰胺衍生为2, 3-二溴丙酰胺, 经毛细管柱气相色谱法测定。
      结果 水中丙烯酰胺的线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.9993, 最低检测浓度为0.01μg/L, 平均加标回收率为96.6%, 平均相对标准偏差为5.8%。
      结论 本研究建立的方法简便快速, 灵敏度高, 准确度高, 适于水中痕量丙烯酰胺的分析测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To establish a new method of determining content of acrylamide in water.
      Methods Acrylamide in water was derived for 2, 3-dibromopropionamide and analyzed by gas chromatography with capillary column.
      Results The linear correlation coefficient of acrylamide in water was 0.9993.The detection limit was 0.01 μg/L. The average recovery of standard addition was 96.6%, and the average RSD was 5.8%.
      Conclusions The advantage of the method was quick, sensitive, specific and suitable for the determination of trace acrylamide in water.
