    Simultaneous Determination of 10 Kinds of Volatile Halogenated Hydrocarbons in Water by Using Purge and Trap/gas Chromatographicmass Spectrometric Method

      目的  建立吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法同时测定饮水中二溴乙烷等10种卤代烃方法。
      方法  水样经吹扫捕集、脱附后进样, 毛细柱分离, 质谱检测器内标法测定。
      结果  用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定饮水中10种卤代烃, 质量浓度在0.01~0.6 μg/L范围内, 相关系数均大于0.999, 检测限为0.008~0.02 μg/L, 平均回收率在95.3%~105.2%之间, RSD为1.5%~4.6%。
      结论  水中10种挥发性卤代烃的吹扫捕集气相色谱/质谱检测法快速、灵敏、准确, 操作简单, 低毒, 可用于水中二溴乙烷等10种挥发性卤代烃的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To establish a purge and trap/gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric method for the determination of 10 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons, such as dibromoethane in water.
      Methods  The levels of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in water samples were measured by MS in ISTD after being swept, captured and taken off, and separated by capillary column.
      Results  Good linear relations were observed in the range of 0.01~0.6μg/L for 10 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The limits of detection were 0.008~0.02 μg/L, the recoveries were 95.3%~105.2%, the RSDs were 1.5%~4.6%.
      Conclusions  The method is fast, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the detection of 10 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons, such as dibromoethane in water.
