    Microorganism Monitoring Analysis of Rural Centralized Water Supply in Jiangxi Province During 2008-2011

      目的 了解江西省农村集中式供水微生物污染状况, 为改善农村集中式供水水质提供科学依据。
      方法 2008-2011年分别于枯水期(3-5月)、丰水期(8-10月)对全省6819处农村集中式供水点水质按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006) 进行监测。
      结果 13638份农村集中式供水出厂水微生物合格率为47.99%, 末梢水为44.02%。不同水源类型, 水处理工艺的集中式供水微生物指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01), 微生物单项指标以总大肠菌群合格率最低, 出厂水为49.85%, 末梢水为46.27%。
      结论 微生物指标合格率与集中式供水水源类型, 水处理工艺等因素有关, 因此, 应加强水源防护, 完善水质净化工艺, 普及健康教育, 保障农村居民饮水安全。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To investgate the status of microbial contamination of rural centralized water supply in Jiangxi province, so as to provide a scientific basis for the improvement of water quality of rural centralized water supply.
      Methods In 2008-2011, 13 638 drinking water samples from 6 819 centralized water supply points in rural areas of Jangxi Province were monitored according to 'Standard Detection Methods for Drinking Water' GB 5750-2006.The samples were obtained in dry season(March to May) and wet season(August to October) respectively.
      Results The total qualified rate of microbial indicators for the finished water was 47.99%, the terminal tap water was 44.02%.The microbial indicators showed statistically significant difference among centralized water supplies with a variety of water sources as well as water treatment processes(P < 0.01).Among the microbiological indexes, the qualified rate of total coliform was the lowest, which the finished water was 49.85%, and the terminal tap water was 46.27%.
      Conclusions The total qualified rate of microbial indicators in rural centralized water supply is related to the factors like the types of water source and water treatment process.Therefore, it is substantial to strengthen the protection of water source and prevention of water-borne diseases, improve the process of water purification, as well as promote health education in order to ensure the rural residents drinking safe water.
