    Survey on Heavy Metal Detection of Human Biomaterials in Laboratories in Chinese CDC

    • 摘要:
      目的 全面了解疾控系统人体生物材料中重金属的实验室检测能力, 提高相关部门对各级疾病预防控制机构实验室人体生物材料重金属检测能力的重视程度, 为制定工作计划提供科学依据。
      方法 对37家疾病预防控制机构的实验室进行关于人体生物材料中重金属的实验室检测能力问卷调查。
      结果 28家疾病预防控制中心具备铅、镉、汞、砷、铬等重金属的检测能力, 但各地检测能力不均衡。
      结论 目前多数疾控系统可以实现对人体生物材料中重金属含量的检测和监控, 但仍需进一步的科学研究来建立统一的生物材料重金属标准检测方法。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To comprehensively understand the heavy metal detection of human biomaterial in laboratories in Chinese CDCs, to provide evidences for related government to put more attention on the abilities of examination in Chinese CDCs.
      Methods 37 CDCs were surveyed by questionnaires on the heavy metal detection of human biomaterials in their laboratories.
      Results 28 of the CDCs have the ability to detect heavy metals like lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and chromium. But the abilities of examination are unbalanced.
      Conclusions Nowadays, the detection and supervisions on heavy metal in human biomaterials are mostly achievable, but further research to set up a set of standard consolidated heavy metal detection method is necessary.
