    Impact of Dust Weather on Pulmonary Function of People with Different Exposure Times

    • 摘要:
      目的  掌握新疆建设兵团农十四师224团及皮山农场在不同时期进疆、不同居住年限的团场人员的肺功能状态及肺通气功能损害的类型, 探讨年龄、不同接尘年龄、职业、心肺合并症等对肺功能的影响。
      方法  采用日本捷斯特公司CHESTGRAPH HI-101型肺功能测定仪对519名兵团农十四师团场工作人员进行肺通气功能测定, 结合既往病史、胸片、心电图、症状、体症等对所测定的结果比较分析。
      结果  经Kruskal Wallis检验, 519名兵团农十四师团场工作人员肺通气功能减退者107例, 占23.21%。FVC、FEV1、FEV1.0%(FEV1/FVC%)、MMF、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75通气功能指标相互比较均有显著性差异(P小于0.001), 尤以最大呼气中期流速(FEF)显著。
      结论  兵团农十四师团场工作人员肺通气功能障碍以限制性为主, 并与田间劳动、年龄增大、较低文化程度、患有肺气肿、肺心病、经常感冒、鼻炎、慢性肺炎密切相关。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To master the state of pulmonary function and the type of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction in staffs of a Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and Pishan Farm, and to discuss the impact of age, the length of time for dust exposure, occupation and cardiopulmonary complications on pulmonary ventilation function.
      Methods  A CHESTGRAPH HI-101 pulmonary function analyzer made in Japan Jie Site was used to measure the pulmonary ventilation function.The medical history, chest X-ray, ECG, symptoms and physical signs were analyzed and compared.
      Results  There were 107 cases suffered from pulmonary ventilation dysfunction in 519 staffs examined by Kruskal Wallis test, accounting for 23.21%. The indexes of pulmonary ventilation function such as FVC, FEV1, FEV1.0% (FEV1/FVC%), MMF, FEF25, FEF50, FEF75 checked against each other show significant differences (P less than 0.001), especially the maximal mid-expiratory flow (FEF).
      Conclusions  The pulmonary ventilation dysfunction was mainly restrictive ventilator dysfunction, which was closely related to field labor, old age, indigenous resident, lower educational level, suffered from emphysema, pulmonary heart disease (PHD), frequent colds, rhinitis, chronic pneumonia, and the like.
