    • 摘要:
      目的 了解部分社区大气微生物学指标的污染状况。
      方法 2012年对不同季节、地点、时间的5个社区大气样本(共480件)进行细菌总数和真菌总数检测并对结果进行分析。
      结果 细菌总数为7 082(3 297, 11 265) cfu/m3, 属轻微污染(Ⅲ级); 真菌总数为4 082(1 884, 5 495) cfu/m3, 属中度污染(Ⅴ级)。
      结论 该市需建立大气微生物监测网络, 掌控空气微生物污染情况, 控制大气微生物污染源及其载体。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To understand the prevalence of air-borne microbes in different communities.
      Methods The contamination of air-borne bacteria and fungi in different seasons, at different places and on different times were detected and analyzed.
      Results The air-borne bacterial and fungal counts (cfu/m3) in 480 air samples were 7 083(3 297, 11 265) and 4 082 (1 884, 5 495), respectively, and the grade of qualities for bacteria and fungi in the air samples were light contaminated (Ⅲ) and moderate contaminated (Ⅴ) respectively.
      Conclusions It is necessary to establish networks for monitoring the situation of atmospheric microorganism and to control the source and carrier of air-borne microbial contamination.
