    环境样品中军团菌定量检测方法

    Quantitative Detection of Legionella in Environmental Samples

    • 摘要:
      目的 研究从环境样品水和土壤中分离培养军团菌的定量检测方法。
      方法 应用阴性样品加标回收实验探讨分离培养条件, 提出方法的回收率、最低检出限与计算模式。
      结果 加标实验显示:水样品最低检出限为1 cfu/mL, 当加标菌量为10cfu/mL时, 全部样品均可检出加标菌, 回收率为81%~95%;土壤样品选用0.01% Tween 80-PBS作为洗脱液, 最低检出限为100 cfu/g, 当加标菌量为1000 cfu/g时, 全部样品均可检出加标菌, 回收率30%~90%。
      结论 本研究提出了用于水和土壤等环境样品中的军团菌定量检测方法。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To develop a quantitative detection method for the isolation and culture of legionella in water and soil.
      Methods Using a recovery of standard addition test to explore a detected conditions for quantitative isolation and culture, recovery rate, limit of detection and calculation mode.
      Results The limits of detection for water and soil samples were 1 cfu/mL and 102 cfu/g, the recoveries were in the range of 81%-95% and 30%-90%, respectively.
      Conclusions A quantitative detection method applied to isolate and culture legionella in water and soil was proposed in this study.
