    生物样本中微囊藻毒素检测方法的研究进展

    Progress on Methods of Measuring Microcystins in Biological Samples

    • 摘要: 水体的富营养化导致水体频频发生水华,不但使水中微囊藻毒素含量升高,并能进入鱼、虾、贝类等水生动物体内,经食物链在人体内富集,危害人类健康。本文从检测原理、操作的难易程度、优缺点方面综述生物样本中微囊藻毒素的检测方法,并提出展望。

       

      Abstract: With the aggravation of water pollution and eutrophication, the frequency and scale of water bloom is becoming more and more serious.The higher content of microcystins (MCs) in water can be enriched in aquatic animals such as fish and shrimp shell, thus can endanger human health through food-chain. There are a lot of MCs measurement technologies at domestic and abroad. The progress on the methods of measuring MCs was reviewed in the aspects of detection principles, applications and usability of operation. The advantages and disadvantages of various MCs measuring methods were summarized, and some new directions were also proposed.
