    一株与志贺菌有共同抗原的无丙二酸柠檬酸杆菌的检出

    The Deteetion Process of a Strain of Citrobacter Amalonaticus Carrying Common Antigens with Shigella

      目的  为肠道细菌鉴定工作提供参考。
      方法  形态学观察、生化反应、血清凝集等检测程序与试验方法,均按照《食品卫生微生物学检验大肠菌群计数》(GB/T4789.5-2012)执行。
      结果  检出一株与志贺菌在SS和HE平板上菌落形态相似、与志贺菌属种多价血清及痢疾志贺菌、鲍氏志贺菌分型血清产生强凝集的无丙二酸柠檬酸杆菌。
      结论  无丙二酸柠檬酸杆菌与志贺菌存在共同抗原。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To provide a reference for the identification of enteric bacteria in future works.
      Method  All procedures followed the methods in GB/T4789.5-2012 for morphological observation, staining of microscopic examination, serum agglutination test and systemic biochemical reaction.
      Results  A strain of citrobacter amalonaticus with a colonial morphology similar to shigella on SS and HE flat plate was detected, and it created a strong agglutination reaction with shigella flexneri tested by a four-type polyvalent serum, including subtype serum of shigella dysenteriae and bao shi shigella.
      Conclusion  Citrobacter amalonaticus and shigella have some common antigens.
