Abstract: The state assets are solid substantial safeguard for sustainable survival and development in academic institutes. Efficient managements and operations on state assets are necessary premise and important safeguard to uplift comprehensive serving pitches and improve preliminary research qualities. They are the keys to maintain the normal operations in the institutes. The managements on state assets are the first precursor to serve for the academic researches. The main existing management problems in current national institutes are briefly reviewed in this paper, Furthermore, the specific decision-making processes and related analyses on how to strengthen the marketing operations on state assets are explored.
