    Detection of Adipate Plasticizers in Water by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立水中4种己二酸酯类增塑剂的气相色谱质谱联用测定方法。
      方法 加入己二酸二(1-丁基戊基)酯(BBPA)作为内标的水样经C18小柱固相萃取、乙酸乙酯和二氯甲烷洗脱, 采用气相色谱质谱联用仪的SCAN模式和SIM模式对己二酸二乙酯(DEA), 己二酸二丁酯(DBA), 己二酸二异丁酯(DIBA), 己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHA)分别进行定性和定量检测。
      结果 4种己二酸酯类化合物, 加标回收率为96.1%~106.5%, 相对标准偏差均小于5%。方法最低检出限为0.008~0.015 μg/L。
      结论 该法简单、灵敏、准确, 适用于水中己二酸酯类化合物的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To develop an analytical method of using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for four adipate plasticizers in water samples.
      Methods The water sample added with BBPA as internal standard was extracted twice by hexanes. Then the contents of DEA, DBA, DIBA and DEHA were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by using the SCAN mode and SIM mode of GC-MS.
      Results The lowest detection limits were in the range of 0.015~0.03μg/L, and the recoveries were in the range of 96.1%~106.5%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all less than 5%.
      Conclusions This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for the detection of adipate compounds in water.
