    Assessment on Health Risk of Benzene and Formaldehyde in Indoor Environment of Control Rooms

    • 摘要:
      目的 研究企业生产运行控制室内空气中苯和甲醛的致癌和非致癌风险。
      方法 对26处生产运行控制室和休息室进行空气中苯和甲醛质量浓度检测, 应用美国环境保护局健康风险评价方法对苯和甲醛的致癌和非致癌风险进行评价。
      结果 除4处控制室空气中甲醛质量浓度超出《室内空气质量标准》(GB/T 18883-2002) 的限值要求, 其他环境中的苯和甲醛质量浓度均低于标准限值。男性职工的苯和甲醛致癌风险值分别为3.34×10-6和20.38×10-6, 甲醛的致癌风险高于苯的致癌风险。女性职工两种污染物的致癌风险均小于男性。虽然男女职工在生产运行控制期间的苯和甲醛致癌风险值超过美国环境保护局制定的安全限值(1.00×10-6), 但普遍低于国内其他相关文献报道的风险值。此外, 苯和甲醛对职工的非致癌风险小。
      结论 生产运行控制室的苯和甲醛的致癌健康风险属于可接受风险, 而苯和甲醛的非致癌风险低, 对身体健康影响较小。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To assess carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks of benzene and formaldehyde in environmental air of control rooms.
      Methods The concentration of benzene and formaldehyde in indoor air was detected in 26 control rooms, and human health was evaluated according to the health risk assessment method of the Environmental Protection Bureau of USA.
      Results The concentration of benzene and formaldehyde in indoor air in all control rooms was lower than the limits of the Chinese indoor air quality standard except in 4 control rooms.The carcinogenic risks of benzene and formaldehyde for male workers were 3.34×10-6 and 20.38×10-6, respectively, which were higher than the safe range of 1.00×10-6.The carcinogenic risks for the female were lower than the male.However, the carcinogenic risks of benzene and formaldehyde in these control rooms were lower than other reports.The non-carcinogenic risks of benzene and formaldehyde in these control rooms were low.
      Conclusions The carcinogenic risks of benzene and formaldehyde in these control rooms were acceptable, and the non-carcinogenic risks were negligible.
