Abstract:
Objectives To establish a method for determinations of Se in selenium-rich rice by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestions.
Methods The selenium-rich rice was digested by microwave and Se in them was determinated by hydride generation-atomic fiuorescence spectrometry.
Results Linear range for the determination was 0~10 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the detection limit was 0.002 mg/kg, with the RSD was 0.57%~2.7%. The recovery rate was 99.8%~101.0%.
Conclusions The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It is suitable for the regular batch determination.
