    The Research Progress on Possible Mechanism of Lead and Alzheimer Disease

    • 摘要: 铅是环境中分布最广泛的重金属之一, 它是阿尔茨海默病的环境危险因素, 在很多研究中已经得到证实, 本文从β-淀粉样蛋白生成、氧化应激和细胞凋亡等几个方面, 简要综述铅与阿尔茨海默病发病的可能机制和研究进展。

       

      Abstract: As one of the most widely distributed heavy metal in the environment, lead is one of the environmental risk factor for Alzheimer disease, which has been confirmed in many studies. The details of the research progress on the possible mechanism of lead and Alzheimer disease was reviewed from beta-amyloid generation, oxidative stress, apoptosis and so on.
