某市农村改水前后水质对比分析及改水效果评估
Assessment and Evaluation on the Quality of Drinking Water before and after a Water Improvement Project in a Rural Area

摘要:目的 了解某市农村改水前后的生活饮用水水质卫生情况, 评估改水效果。方法 对该市2010—2011年7个改水项目县工程点的水质进行监测, 依据《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006) 进行评价, 并对改水前后的水质结果进行对比分析。结果 改水前采集水样560份, 合格281份, 合格率为50.2%;改水后共采集水样570份, 合格331份, 合格率为58.1%。改水前和改水后水质的合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 7.09, P＜0.01)。结论 某市农村改水不仅解决了农民饮水难的问题, 饮水卫生也有提高, 主要肠道传染病的发病率下降明显, 但还存在微生物污染较重, 水质消毒卫生管理不健全等问题。该市部分农村地区的生活饮用水卫生安全问题有待进一步解决。Abstract:Objectives To know the quality of drinking water before and after a water improvement projects in a rural area, and to assess its effectiveness.Methods To monitor the quality of water in 7 county level improvement projects of a city in 2010—2011, and to evaluate the water quality according to the "Standards for Drinking Water Quality" (GB 5749-2006).Results The qualified rate of 560 water samples collected before the project was 50.2% (281 /560); and the qualified rate was 58.1% (314 /570) after the improvement (χ2 = 7.09, P < 0.01).Conclusions Water improvement projects not only solved the drinking water problems and promoted the water quality in the rural areas, but also reduced the incidence of intestinal infectious diseases.However the problems of microbial contamination and improper management of water disinfection still existed.Strengthening the security of drinking water in part of rural areas in the city is needed.
