    Determination of Acrylamide in Water by Isotope Dilution/Liquid Chromatography/tandem Mass Spectrometry

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立快速测定水中丙烯酰胺的方法。
      方法 水样中加入同位素氘标记的丙烯酰胺(丙烯酰胺-d3) 作为内标, 用0.45 μm膜过滤后, 利用高效液相色谱串联质谱技术, 优化仪器条件, 直接测定水中的丙烯酰胺。
      结果 水中丙烯酰胺在0.5~500 μg/L之间线性良好, 检出限为0.21 μg/L, 应用该方法测定水中丙烯酰胺3种不同浓度的回收率均在95%~111%之间, 精密度RSD小于5%。
      结论 本研究所建立的方法简便快速、灵敏度好, 选择性好, 准确度高。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To develop a method of quickly determining acrylamide in water.
      Methods Water samples labeled with acrylamide-d3 as internal standard were filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane and directly injected into the instrument for liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS).
      Results The linearity was good in the range of 0.5~500 μg/L. The detection limit was 0.21 μg/L. The recoveries of standard addition were 95%~111% in tap water, river water and lake water. The RSDs were less than 5%.
      Conclusion The method was simple, quick, sensitive and specific.
