    4-氨基安替比林法快速测定饮用水中酚

    Rapid Determination of Phenol in Drinking Water by 4-amino Antipyrine Method

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立饮用水中酚的快速测定方法。
      方法 250 mL样品中加入0.4 mL磷酸消除水中硫化物等干扰后, 在氨水-氯化铵缓冲液提供的缓冲环境和有氧化剂铁氰化钾存在的溶液中, 酚类与4-氨基安替比林生成红色安替比林染料, 此染料用氯仿萃取后比色定量。
      结果 本法测定饮用水中酚与国家标准4-氨基安替比林氯仿萃取分光光度法间差异没有显著性(P > 0.05)。方法检出限0.002 mg/L, 酚质量浓度在0.002~0.10 mg/L范围内, 线性关系良好, 相关系数r=0.9998, 相对标准偏差RSD在3.0%~4.9%之间, 加标回收率在95.7%~98.3%之间。
      结论 该方法用于测定生活饮用水中酚, 简便灵敏, 快速准确。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To establish a method for rapid determination of phenol in drinking water.
      Methods Adding 0.4 mL of phosphoric acid to 250 mL of water samples to eliminate the interference of sulfides in water.At pH=10.0±0.2 and under the effect of potassium ferricyanide as an oxidant, phenol in drinking water was reacted with 4-amino antipyrine to form a red dye antipyrine.After extracted with chloroform, the dye was quantified by colorimetric method.
      Results Comparing with the national standard method for the determination of phenol in drinking water with 4-amino antipyrine chloroform extraction spectrophotometry, there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05) was observed between these two methods.The detection limit of the method in this study was 0.002 mg/L.The concentration of phenol in the range of 0.002~0.10 mg/L was in a good linearity, and the correlation coefficient was r=0.9998, the relative standard deviation was 3.0%~4.9%, the recovery of standard addition was 95.7%~98.3%.
      Conclusions The determination of phenol in drinking water with a chloroform extracted antipyrine dye method was simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate.
