    Determination of Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether in Water by Purge and Trap Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱法测定水中甲基叔丁基醚的分析方法。
      方法 采用吹扫捕集富集水中甲基叔丁基醚, 解吸后用GC/MS测定, 选用特征离子定量。
      结果 在0~19.4 μg/L浓度范围内, 相关系数为0.999;检出限为0.005 μg/L; 日内、日间相对标准偏差小于14%(n=6);加标回收率在76%~124%之间。
      结论 该方法灵敏度高、准确度好, 适合于水中微量甲基叔丁基醚的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To establish a method for determination of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) in water by purge and trap GC/MS.
      Methods MTBE in water was purged and trapped by tekmar 9100, then desorbed and analyzed by GC/MS. Selective ion masses were used in quantitative measurement.
      Results Within concentration range of 0~19.4 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The method detection limit was 0.005 μg/L. The RSD of intra-day and inter-day were less than 14% (n=6). The spiked recoveries were 76%~124%.
      Conclusion Purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry is a sensitive and accurate method for determination of trace MTBE in water.
