Expression of p38MARK in Lung Injury Caused by Acute Paraquat Poisoning and its Significances

摘要: 百草枯是我国引起急性中毒病死率较高的一种除草剂, 目前研究仍未完全明了百草枯的中毒机制, 也无有效拮抗药物。本文就其肺损伤机制中p38MARK的表达及意义进行综述。

Abstract: Objectives Paraquat is one of herbicides leading to a higher mortality of acute poisoning, the mechanism of paraquat poisoning is not completely clear, and there is also no effectively antagonistic drugs. The expression of p38MARK in the mechanism of lung injury caused by acute paraquat poisoning and its significances were reviewed in this paper.
