    Determination of 18 Phthalates in Nail Polish by GC-MS

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立指甲油中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的测定方法。
      方法 采用GC-MS联用法检测指甲油中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物, 检测方式为SCAN和SIM。
      结果 实验条件下, 18种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物能很好分离检测, 各组分的检出限均大于0.2 μg/g, 线性范围均在0.2~4 μg之间, 相关系数均大于0.998, 相对标准偏差RSD均小于10%, 加标回收率在85%~101%之间。
      结论 本法操作简便、准确、分离效果好, 对色谱柱和仪器污染小, 进样残留少, 可同时测定指甲油中的18种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To establish a GC-MS method for simultaneous determinations of 18 kinds of phthalates in nail polish.
      Methods Phthalates were extracted with methanol, the analysis was performed by GC-MS SCAN and SIM using DB-5MS column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm).
      Results 18 phthalates could be completely separated under the condition of GC-MS. Each component can be detected greater than 0.2 μg/g. The linear range was 0.2~4 μg, relative coefficient was more than 0.998, RSD was less than 10%, and average recovery was 85%~101%.
      Conclusions This detection method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and well separated. The column and instrument are less polluted. The feeder has few residues. 18 phthalates esters could be simultaneously determined in nail polish.
