    • 摘要: 三价铬Cr(Ⅲ)是人体必需微量元素,在糖代谢和脂代谢中发挥重要作用。六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)毒性较大,对人类有致畸、致癌作用。铬对人类的毒性主要表现在基因毒性方面。Cr(Ⅵ)的基因毒性研究主要包括铬及其代谢产物导致 DNA 的损伤、基因表达和生存信号的变化、肿瘤的形成及致畸作用。

       

      Abstract: Trivalent chromium is an essential trace element for human body and plays important roles in glucose and lipid metabolism. The high toxicity of hexavalent chromate in human is caused mainly by the genotoxicity, which induces teratogenicity and carcinogenesis. The research on the genotoxicity of hexavalent was mainly on chromate metabolism, DNA damage, change of gene expression and survival signaling, tumor formation and teratogenicity.
