    空气动力学试验风洞的研制

    The Design and Establishment of Air Dynamic Wind Tunnel

    • 摘要:
      目的 为加强公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理, 卫生部颁布实施了《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》和《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》。为确保《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》的实施, 保证产品性能测试结果的准确性和可比性, 急需研制空气净化消毒装置性能测试系统——空气动力学实验风洞。
      方法 在对国内集中空调系统的运行情况、相关产品生产厂家使用的性能试验台存在的问题进行调研基础上, 根据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》的要求, 参照《空气过滤器》(GB/T 14295-2008), 《高效空气过滤器性能试验方法效率和阻力》(GB/T 6165-2008) 以及国外相关标准的要求, 建立空气动力学实验风洞。
      结果 新建的空气动力学试验风洞系统, 自动化程度高, 试验条件的设定和实验数据采集处理均由计算机完成。
      结论 风洞流场均匀稳定, 为检测集中空调系统净化消毒装置性能提供了性能可靠的试验平台。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives In order to strengthen the hygienic administration of central air-conditioning ventilation system, the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China published the hygienic administration for central air-conditioning ventilation system in public places(HACAVS) and the hygienic standard for central air-conditioning ventilation system(HSCAVS) in public places. In order to ensure the implementation of the HSCAVS, as well as to secure the accuracy and comparability of testing data of related product properties, it was necessary to establish an air dynamic wind tunnel to test the performance of air cleansing and sanitizing devices.
      Methods Based on the investigation and study of domestic central air-conditioning ventilation systems and existed problems of wind tunnel testing devices used by the manufacturers, according to the request in the HSCAVS in public places and in accordance with the requests of GB/T 14295-2008 Air Filters and GB/T 6165-2008 Test Method of the Performance of High Efficient Particulate Air Filter——Efficiency and Resistance and related standards of other countries, a new air dynamic wind tunnel was established.
      Results The new air dynamic wind tunnel was established with high automaticality, the conditions for testing, collecting and processing data were worked by computer sets.
      Conclusions The flow field of the wind tunnel was even and stable. The new air dynamic wind tunnel could provide a stable platform for testing the performance of air cleansing and sanitizing devices.
