    The Application of Flow Injection Analysis in Water Quality Detection

    • 摘要:
      目的  建立有效的检测水中的挥发酚、氰化物、阴离子合成洗涤剂的流动注射分析方法。
      方法  运用流动注射技术测定水质中的挥发酚、氰化物和阴离子合成洗涤剂,并与传统的分光光度法进行比较。
      结果  在保证分析结果准确性的前提下,流动注射技术能大幅度提高其灵敏度和检测效率。
      结论  此方法简便、快捷、灵敏,适应于大批量的测定水质卫生检验项目。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To develop a sensitive method for the determination of volatile phenols, cyanides and DBS( sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) in water by flow injection analysis ( FIA ) .
      Method  Comparing the results of volatile phenols, cyanides and DBS in water were detected by FIA with spectrophotography.
      Results  The sensitivity and efficiency could be greatly improved by FIA under the premise of ensuring accuracy.
      Conclusions  The method was simple, fast and responsive, and suitable for the determination of volatile phenols, cyanides and DBS( sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) in drinking water samples.
