    Capillary Ion Chromatographic Method in the Detection of Cations in Water

    • 摘要:
      目的 探讨毛细管级离子色谱检测水中常见阳离子的快速分析方法。
      方法 对毛细管级离子色谱测定水中钾、钠、钙、镁离子的方法进行方法特性的研究。
      结果 在淋洗液甲烷磺酸(MSA)最佳流速和浓度分别为0.018 mL/min和28 mmol/L时,钾、钠、钙、镁离子标准溶液峰面积重现性均<1%,当进样体积为0.4 μL时,检出限均<3.0μg/L。
      结论 本方法具有良好的重现性,较低的检出限和良好的线性范围,较之传统意义的离子色谱,具有节省试剂、灵敏度高、操作简单等特点。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives Objective To explore the method of capillary ion chromatography for the detection ofcommon cations in water.
      Methods The characteristics of capillary ion chromatography in the determination ofpotassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium ion in water were studied.
      Results Under the optimal flow rate andoptimal concentration of leaching liquid methane sulfonic acid(MSA)at 0.018 mL/min and 28 mmol/L respectively, the peak area repeatability of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium ion in standard solution was all < 1%;and when the sample volume was 0.4 μL, the detection limit was < 3 μg/L.
      Conclusion The characteristic of the method was good in reproducibility, low in detection limit and high in sensitivity within the linear range incomparison with the traditional ion chromatography, and was also reagent saving and easier in operation.
